Who am I?

I have worked in different positions varying from front line to management over the past 10 years and one element has always come back: I love enabling people to work and live their lives up to their full potential.

When I was about 13 years old, I came home crying almost every day because I was so tired. We went to every possible doctor, did all checks and I received the label 'chronically tired, nothing you can do about it'. That's when my mom took me to a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) coach and after one session I wasn't tired anymore! It turned out I set the bar way too high for myself and I couldn't keep up anymore. In that session we placed that bar back on a healthy level and I was able to live the life of a teenager again.

That experience always stayed with me and I'm excited that now I can empower others to do the same. What I learned from working across different industries (technology, tourism and hospitality) it doesn't matter what position you have in a company, or what industry you work in - everyone is facing similar limiting beliefs.

"I'm probably not good enough", "Others know so much more than I do", "Everyone has such high expectations of me", "If I don't perform well I probably get fired", etc.
